We collect the following information when you create an account or use our service:

• Email address — used to create your account and send important account notices
• Username — chosen by you at signup, displayed in the app
• Subscription plan — Free, Pro, or Master, stored to manage your access level
• Bet tracking data — bets you choose to log are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to our servers
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide access to features based on your subscription plan
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send account-related emails (password resets, billing notifications)
• To improve the service based on usage patterns

4. Data Storage

Your account data (email, username, plan) is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your bet tracking history is stored in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. OddsEdge never stores, transmits, or has access to your credit card information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store:

• Your login session (if you check "Remember me")
• Your disclaimer agreement
• Your bet tracking history

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

OddsEdge uses the following third-party services:

• The Odds API — provides sports odds data. No personal user data is shared with them.
• Supabase — stores account data. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — hosts the website. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — serves fonts. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, and only as necessary to provide the service.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your account dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data upon request
• Opt out of any marketing communications
